Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Velasca box and ensure all protective dust bags and tags are included before sealing the shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel to the designated courier; once our artisans inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
